The Manistee Community Kitchen encourages families to shop locally, and eat what’s in season.  Although on average, food travels over 1500 miles before it reaches our plate, we know that food tastes better, and is better for us when grown close to home.  Get involved with our local food access initiatives today!

Local Food Share Program

Providing fresh, local foods to people and families that normally wouldn’t have access to them – making it easy, and inexpensive too!

Farmer’s Market

The place to get healthy, local food ranging from meats to fruits, and it supports the community as well! Can’t get much better than that.

The Pop-Up

A restaurant serving up locally sourced, fresh food in a different place every time. So, how do you find it?
